Over the last few months, many of us have been taking the time to ask ourselves how we can effect the most positive change in our workplace, in our games, and in our communities.
Changes to a handful of monsters (e.g.Blizzard co-lead Jen Oneal yesterday announced her departure from Blizzard Entertainment and here's her message to the community. Slaughtering the Cow King no longer prevents creation of the Cow Level in future games. Characters start with +100 stamina and base mana regeneration increased by +100%. Runes drops occur at a much a more linear rate at higher tiers. Item drops fixed to /players 8 (does not affect monster hit points). Perming games now only requires 30 seconds. Quickly move items to stash/ground via control/shift right click. Stash size increased (from 6x8 to 10x10). Inventory size doubled (charms only 'active' in the lower half to prevent balance issues). Loot filters that are fully customizable. 
Bosses more difficult, especially the reworked Diablo Clone fight. Certain areas increased to ilvl 85+ to increase farming options. Dungeoneering system dramatically expands end-game content. Mercenaries from all acts are now viable. Melee Splash jewel added to help physical builds compete with elemental casters. New crafting system to help unique items compete with high tier runewords. Unique Item/ Set Item reworks and other changes. New build-defining skills, reworked legacy skills, balance changes, and more. Players can be banned for griefing or otherwise egregious play. Try to look out your fellow adventurers (you will very often find others do so). NOTE: This is a very friendly server quite different than Bnet. Players can now see games at lower difficulty levels in the lobby (not just the current difficulty). Character account limit increased to 18. No cheats, bots, maphacks, multiclients, and third party programs (check the official FAQ for details). 
Dozens of stable regional servers (many paid for by the community). Trade website with excellent functionality.
